Corporate Culture Manager (Middle) in Mexico
Responsibilities:
- Development of the internal corporate brand.
- Planning activities to support the company's HR brand.
- Designing non-material rewards systems for employees and engagement programs.
- Organizing and coordinating corporate events, including team-building activities, holidays, and other initiatives.
- Managing communication channels to enhance internal communication within the company.
- Actively participating in celebrating employees' birthdays and other significant events.
Requirements:
- Work experience in HR, especially in corporate culture development.
- Skills in scripting for corporate events and organizing celebrations.
- Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities.
- Creativity and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Flexibility to adapt to changes and active participation in creating a positive work atmosphere.
- Adaptability skills.
-Knowledge of spanish (native) and english (C1-C2)
Working conditions:
