🌍 What You’ll Do

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in driving team performance and creating a productive, motivated work environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring team performance, call quality, and key operational metrics
• Supporting and guiding operators to improve results and productivity
• Distributing workload and managing daily team operations
• Participating in recruitment processes alongside HR
• Onboarding and training new team members
• Creating schedules, tracking reports, and helping improve internal processes
• Identifying operational challenges proactively and implementing solutions

✅ What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone proactive, organized, and people-oriented who can confidently lead a remote team.

Requirements:

• +6 months of experience leading or supervising teams
• Background in call centers, sales, customer support, or retention
• Experience managing KPIs, schedules, and operational workflows
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Spanish proficiency (Native or C1+)
• English level B1+ (for communication with management and international teams)

• Experience in iGaming or fintech environments
• Experience working with international remote teams
